Delegations:
Each participating country may send a delegation, normally consisting of five students (contestants) and two accompanying persons (delegation leaders) at most.
The contestants should be students of general or technical secondary schools in 2019. The age of the contestants should not exceed twenty years on June 30th, 2019.
The delegation leaders must be specialists in physics or physics teachers, capable of solving the problems of the competition. Each of them should be able to speak English.
Observers and visitors are welcome.
Hospitality:
The organizer will provide and cover meals, accommodation, excursions and transportation during the Olympiad official dates.
Transportation. Ground transportation will be provided during the official events and include pick-up and drop-off at the Ben Gurion International Airport.
Accommodation for leaders, observers and visitors is based on two people per room. Should any of leaders, observers or visitors wish to have single occupancy accommodation; it will be subject to additional charge.
Accommodation for the students team is either one room with three students (same gender), or one room with two students (same gender).
Insurance:
The organizers will not cover personal medical travel insurance. Each delegation has to take care of insurance for the entire group.

The registration site will be available during March 2019. A Special note will be sent to all.
Visa: Visa application may be required depend on traveler’s origin. In case a visa is required, we recommend submitting the application ASAP. Please check for an Israel guide at https://www.gov.il/en/service/request_for_tourist_visa_b2
Organizer, upon request and registration, can provide an invitation letter.
Participation fee
As with previous Olympiads, a participation fee is required as follows:
Team, that includes up to 5 students and 2 leaders – 3500 EUR
Observers 1800 EUR per person
Visitors 2000 EUR per person
Staying in a separate room – 750 EUR
Payment Methods:
The preferably payment methods is to be made via bank transfer. All bank transfer payments must be completed before June 20, 2019.
Cash – payment by cash can be accepted upon arrival. A special desk will be available at the hotel.
You are kindly requested to bring accurate amount. A receipt will be provided on site.
